SY-EDR600, SY-EDR630 is a water-cleaning agent
in solar, semiconductor wafers and electronic mechanical parts, a complex
chemical that includes surfactants, anti-corrosion agents, and dispersants.
Especially after wafer cutting, it has an excellent effect on cleaning
the slurry contaminant. Also, it effectively deactivates heavy metal ions
