SY-IT515 is a cleaning agent for semiconductor
photoregeist patterns that allows hydrophobic organic molecule residues
that remain on the surface even after cleaning or surface protective film
formation to be easily removed in a hydrophilic state that is soluble
in water.

Product Advantage
- After cleaning, the impurities particles do not
